The SAPD is great and I support them, but they aren’t above the law. I feel if you commit a crime you can’t enforce the law. If trust is broken then you don’t have mutual respect.
I’m not down with defunding the police, but I would be down with keeping them on crimes and not hassling the homeless or dealing with mental health crisis.
